America's Tale decided enough was enough and went wire to wire winning by an astounding 13 3/4 lengths in a Maiden Allowance at 1 mile on the dirt at Churchill Downs. The 2 year old bay lass was ultra efficient and impressive in beating the field of 8 runners in 1:36.15. Bred in Kentucky by M.Auerbach, LLC. and Catherine Parke, America's Tale was a $50,000 Keeneland September Yearling Purchase and a $100,000 Fasig-Tipton 2 year old in training. Trained by Bernard Flint for owner Naveed Chowhan, the 2 year old bay lass has now earned $85,550 in 5 career starts and boasts a record of 5-1-3-0. She is by Gio Ponti out of the Unusual Heat stakes winning mare America's Friend.
