Prince Earl rolled past a Maiden Allowance field and won drawing off by 3 1/2 lengths to impressively score in his career debut at Santa Anita Park. The 3 year old Phil D'Amato pupil patiently stalked the leaders and then unleashed a furious turn of foot down the stretch to capture the victory. Ridden by Martin Garcia for owner Andrew Molsaky, Prince Earl stopped the clock in a swift 1:12.92 finishing in a fast 22.90 final quarter. Prince Earl was bred in California by M.Auerbach, LLC. was sold as a yearling in the Barrett's August Select Yearling Sale in 2016 to Hebert Bloodstock. The 3 year old dark bay gelding is by Paddy O' Prado (El Prado) out of the Unusual Heat mare Soo Steamy. Prince Earl is the final foal of the mare.
